The Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) describes and lists the transportation planning activities to be conducted by the SCTPO over the next two years. It includes a proposed budget and identifies the work tasks that will be accomplished using federal transportation planning funds. There is a 30 day public comment period prior to adoption.
FY 2025-26 UPWP
The Space Coast TPO has prepared a draft Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) that defines the SCTPO’s activities for the next two fiscal years (July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2026). The draft UPWP is submitted to state and federal agencies for review, along with local agencies involved in transportation. Upon approval, the UPWP becomes the basis for the award of the SCTPO planning grant funds for the upcoming fiscal years effective July 1, 2024.
The public comment review period will be open from March 15 - April 15, 2024. Comments may be submitted as follows:
