Events & Training
The Space Coast Transportation Planning Organization (SCTPO) is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of all our road users. We use a variety of programs to discuss traffic safety and transportation planning, empowering individuals within our communities to navigate our transportation network with compassion and confidence. Whether you're a seasoned rider, a proactive parent, or a transportation professional, there's something to benefit everyone!
Ready to take the next step in your journey toward safer streets? Explore our calendar of upcoming events and training sessions and reserve your spot today. And don't forget to check out our interest and request forms—your input helps shape the future of our programming, ensuring that we continue to meet the evolving needs of our community.
Helmet Fitter Training
Participation in our Helmet Fitter Training class meets the requirements for the Florida Department of Transportation’s Bike Helmet Program. Certified helmet fitters receive access to free bicycle helmets for community distribution while supplies last.
The SCTPO aims to host these trainings on a quarterly basis, as needed in our community. Please review the training calendar for our next training date. If you are unable to attend our next training, are out of area, or are looking to host your own group training, please complete the interest form.
