The Space Coast Transportation Planning Organization (TPO) is requesting proposals from experienced facilitators to help update the TPO’s Governing Board Strategic Plan. The update will include discussing objectives, strategies, tactics, and performance measures as they relate to the Board’s main emphasis areas. The selected facilitator will be expected to provide, at a minimum, the following (see RFP package for more details):

• Facilitation of one 4-hour workshop with TPO Governing Board members on April 7, 2022
• All materials required for the workshop, including any pre-workshop survey’s/interviews
• Summary report of findings and information from the workshop
• Presentation of findings during July 14, 2022, Governing Board Meeting
