The SCTPO is currently soliciting public comments on its DRAFT Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for Fiscal Years 2024-2028. The TIP lists each transportation project to be implemented over the next five years. It is a realistic forecast of projects that have committed state or federal funds. Public citizens may comment on the TIP for 30 days, from May 19, 2023, through June 30, 2023.
